build your first workout:

from main menu tap "Workouts"

tap "+", name workout, return, you will enter the workout edit screen

add Groups: tap "+" (at least 1 needed)

automatic naming: Circuit 1, Circuit 2, etc.

add exercises: select a Circuit, tap "+", name, return
-
repeat to complete building your workout

run your workout:

from main menu tap "Workouts"

tap your workout

tap "Run"
-
tap "Run" or tap the white exercise timer
-
pause workout: tap Pause or tap the white exercise timer
-
(when paused, the exercise timer and the current exercise will have a gray background)
-
change size of fonts: tap A+, A-, A+, A-, A+ or A-
-
jump forward: tap Next> or any cell that begins with Next>:
edit your workout:

duplicate Circuit: swipe right

delete Circuit: swipe left
-
move Circuit: select, tap Up or Dn

add Circuit: tap "+"

duplicate exercise: swipe right
-
delete exercise: swipe left

rename exercise: press and hold
-
move exercise: select, tap Up or Dn

add exercise: select desired circuit, tap "+"

tap Rest/No Rest to toggle between no rest between circuits and selected rest time
-
When Rest is enabled, tap Rest to change time
-
Circuit type: tap type:
-
AMRAP: as many rounds as possible -- do as many rounds of the exercises in the Circuit as you can during the specified time
-
round duration: tap time
-
# of sets: tap Set, typically set to 1 for AMRAP
-
-
EMOM: every 'minute' on the 'minute' -- complete the exercise, rest for the remainder of the 'minute'
-
EMOM interval: tap time, it doesn't have to be one 'minute', challenge yourself by making it shorter
-
you will have 1 'minute' for each exercise .. finish quicker, rest longer
-

# of sets: tap sets, repeat the circuit multiple times for multiple sets
-

Tabata: exercise hard for the Work time, rest for the Rest time
-
Work/Rest times: tap Work/Rest
-
# of sets: tap sets, repeat the circuit multiple times for multiple sets

Varied: each exercise in the circuit has its own duration
-
exercise name must begin with 'SS sec '/'MM min', where SS/MM is the duration of the exercise in seconds/minutes
-
example: 30 sec pushups
-
example: 1 min jump squats
-
# of sets: tap sets, repeat the circuit multiple times for multiple sets
-

Timed: this is generally best for circuits with only one exercise
-
# of sets: tap Set, typically set to 1 for Timed
-

Untimed: no timer for these exercises
-
# of sets: tap sets, complete the exercises then tap Next> when done

Text to Speech Shortcuts (tap Abbr)

While running your workout, exercises will be annunciated to you. This feature allows you to use shortcuts for some of your exercise names. For example, 'db' is annunciated as 'dumbbell'

Tap Abbr to see all of the abbreviations you can use

Workout views:
-
duplicate workout, swipe right tap Duplicate
-
delete workout, swipe left
-
moved to Deleted Workouts, permanently deleted after 30 days
-

rename Workout: tap and hold
-
sort your workouts / display date or run time: tap bottom right
-
this becomes useful as your library of Workouts grows
-

add workout, tap "+"
-
switch between detailed and concise view: tap Detailed/Concise
Tags:

you can organize your workouts using tags
-
in the workout editing view, access the 'Workout Tags' menu item from the bottom of the screen
-
apply any appropriate tags
-
you can filter workouts by tag from the main menu
